Where and how can I return an item or exchange it within 14 days from the date of purchase?
You can exchange or return the goods to our address by sending the goods through "New Mail". It is possible to exchange or return the goods within 14 days from the date of purchase only if the presentation of the purchase, packaging and the availability of documents confirming the very fact of purchasing the goods are preserved.

We do not accept return shipping. The entire amount is compensated to the client by transferring funds to the card.

You can return or exchange the product within 14 days from the date of purchase. This is guaranteed by the "Consumer Protection Law". To use this feature, please ensure that:
the product was not in use and has no traces of use: scratches, chips, abrasions, the software has not been changed, etc .;
the goods are fully completed and the integrity of the packaging is not violated;
all labels and factory markings are retained.
To speed up the process of warranty service when you contact the seller, you need to have with you:
- the equipment itself;
- a document confirming the fact of payment;
- a complete set of packaging for it;
- warranty card;
Only if these conditions are observed will the warranty obligations be fulfilled.
After the buyer's request, on the basis of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", our specialists will conduct an examination and initial diagnostics. Diagnostics period - 3 days from the date of receipt of the goods. After diagnostics of malfunctions, repairs are made within 14 working days in the warranty case. If the product is not subject to warranty repair, the terms are discussed individually.
Under what conditions is the warranty not provided?
The warranty does not cover the following cases:
- violation of the safety of warranty seals;
- the presence of mechanical and other damage caused by willful or careless actions of the buyer or third parties;
- damage due to the ingress of liquid or traces of its effects;
- the presence of foreign objects or insects inside the equipment or traces of their impact and vital activity;
- violation of the rules of use set forth in the operational documents;
- unauthorized opening, repair or changes in internal communications and components, changes in the design or equipment diagram;
- damage caused by natural disasters (natural phenomena);
- damage caused by an emergency increase or decrease in voltage in the network;
- Damage caused by improper electrical connection;
- damage caused by defects in the system in which this product was used, or resulting from the connection and connection of the product to other equipment;
- damage caused by the use of the goods for other purposes or in violation of the rules of operation.
How can I get my funds back?
Refunds are made within 48 hours after we receive the goods and we decide to refund.
Features of warranty obligations for 3G / 4G equipment (modems, routers, access points).
- This warranty is not valid if the serial number of the product is removed or changed.
- The warranty does not cover accessories (batteries, connecting cords, power supplies, etc.).
